High School Band Christmas Concert

HS Band performs at 6:30 pm
HS and MS Jazz Bands perform at 7:30 pm
The High School Concert Band meets every day during school throughout the school year. This ensemble includes students in grades 9 through 12.
This group performs during high school varsity football and basketball games. It is comprised of students in grades 9 through 12 who are members of the Concert Band and Marching Band.
Students in this ensemble perform pieces of classic and contemporary jazz and rock music. This is an optional group for members of the Concert and Marching Bands.
For the 2020-2021 school year, the HS Jazz Band meets Tues/Thurs mornings at 7:00 am.
The Marching Band and Guard is comprised of students in grades 7 through 12 who perform at various contests throughout the fall season, as well as at home varsity football games. The Triton Central Marching Tigers have been four-time ISSMA Marching Band State Finalists for the years 2007, 2014, 2015, and 2016.
Extra Credit Performance Opportunities
Students may earn extra credit by attending professional or collegiate performances outside of school and filling out the Extra Credit form found under "Resources" below. These can include performances by bands, orchestras, choirs, jazz ensembles, percussion ensembles, drum corps, operas, ballets, and more. If you have questions about what performances qualify for extra credit, just ask Mr. Shepherd.
